The Lady Hoofers has teamed up with Rittenhop, The East Passyunk Ave Business Improvement District and The Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corporation to bring you a day full of live, local Jazz! This will be a multi-venue, multi-band, indoor/outdoor pub/dance crawl along Passyunk Ave. There will be live music playing up and down the avenue at different businesses and an outdoor mainstage where there will be a dance floor. Catch us dancing at different locations along the crawl throughout the day; we'll join Rittenhop for a performance at the mainstage from 3:00 - 4:00pm!
Entry is free, but buying drinks and tipping the bands is encouraged.

Join The Lady Hoofers for the return of Open Streets: West Walnut! The street closure program temporarily pedestrianizes sections of Walnut Street and 18th Street in Rittenhouse Row to create a welcoming space to shop, stroll and socialize along nearly seven blocks of car-free space. We'll be performing in multiple locations throughout the area between 2:00 and 3:00pm!
Open Streets: West Walnut is produced by Center City District with support from the City of Philadelphia and Rittenhouse Row. These events are weather permitting and subject to change.

Festivities will begin at 5:00pm to kick off the holiday season with performances by Rittenhop and The Lady Hoofers. The official lighting ceremony will end with the illumination of the holiday lights in Rittenhouse Square.

Dance the night away every third Thursday at Spruce Street Harbor Park in partnership with Rittenhop and Jazz Attack swing dancing groups. The event is free and open to the public, and all ages and skill levels are welcome.
Join The Lady Hoofers and The Franklin Follies on Thursday, September 19 from 6:00 - 9:00pm. Enjoy live jazz music, a beginner Lindy Hop lesson, and catch our performances during the break around 7:30pm (we're looking forward to coming together to Shim Sham!). Stick around afterwards for open swing dancing with the band. Lindy Hop, one of the original swing dances, is an American dance style that originated in the African-American communities of Harlem, NY. It began in the late 1920s and spread around the world, and it is still popular today.

Philadelphia’s robust network of arts and culture organizations will be celebrated every week as they perform in the center of the city. Join The Lady Hoofers Tap Ensemble as they return to the stage once again on Thursday, July 18. Dancers will perform repertoire ranging from reimagined jazz standards to contemporary favorites, plus audience members will be invited to participate in interactive rhythm games and learning introductory tap steps. Attendance is free for all, but seating in the Greenfield Lawn is limited. Bring-your-own blanket or chair encouraged.
