The Porch, located on the south side of 30th Street Station, is one of Philadelphia's premier public spaces featuring lunch from rotating food trucks, pop-up performances, lush landscaping, outdoor drinks in warmer weather, and plenty of places to relax. Drop by for an hour long set featuring new repertoire, improvisation, and interactive rhythm games for kids of all ages. While enjoying the show, grab lunch from Roasted Liberties and Foolish Waffles. Performances at The Porch are presented by PECO.

Join the Lady Hoofers Tap Ensemble, Philadelphia's premier all-female tap company, for a FREE performance at the FDR Park Boathouse in honor of National Tap Dance Day! Dancers will perform original choreography and improvised works. Audience members will be invited to celebrate Bill "Bojangles" Robinson with games, stories and a chance to learn a historic tap routine, the Shim Sham Shimmy.
This event is presented in partnership by the City’s Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy as part of Performances in Public Spaces, a summer series of FREE cultural performances in parks and plazas across Philadelphia neighborhoods.
